Employees Are Humans Too!

Hello everyone! Sorry for not updating for quite a while. I've been fighting over the top commenter spot at Mariuca. Intense fight, that is and it's not going to end, not until the last day of the month! I now have 3 customers at my craft store. Yay! Rizal is one of them, thanks Rizal! I'm looking forward to purchasing more craft supplies for my store, especially for Christmas! Can't wait!

Anyway, last Monday was a bad day for Colin. His GM accused him of losing a client's quotation and the worst is, when the GM himself found the document, he didn't even bother to apologise to Colin. I was really angry and sad that people would treat others like that. I know Colin works hard and I'm not just saying this because he's my boyfriend. He deserves a lot more than that! Just because you hold a higher post than everyone, so that means you can treat everyone else like trash? However, it doesn't really matter anymore. Colin is feeling a lot better now, though he's down with cold and slight fever. Poor thing.

To all those who are reading this, who are bosses, do treat your employees with respect and gratitude, because without your workers, you won't have anyone to help you run your business. Remember that what goes around, comes around. Don't say I didn't warn you! ;)
