I'm feeling a little homey today, so something that's close to home is what we're having today for Food Friday.I cooked Laksa Sarawak a few months back and took a pic especially for FF. :) This time, it's definitely better than before. Better-looking presentation too, I think! Lol!
I didn't use chicken stock or chicken in my laksa. Instead, I used prawns to make stock for the laksa gravy. I didn't even strain the gravy, so it was thick and creamy. C loved it!
