Food Friday #20 - Rempeyek

I was crazily, insanely in love with these crispy treats. They're called rempeyek, pronounced as ruhm-pay-yack [recipe]. I love these ones in particular because they're super crispy, the peanuts are coarsely crushed, and the anchovies are not salty. I ate so much of these when I was back at my dad's kampung recently, and I miss it!

Happy Food Friday!
